On this holiday weekend, we are tend to think about the value of our independence and freedom.  With the freedom comes responsibility toward ourselves and others.

I want to get you thinking along the same lines when it comes to your health.  Our Freedom also gives us the option to choose how we treat our bodies.  

We have a crisis with obesity and type 2 diabetes, and I know you may not be in this category but it applies to the general health of our nation.  Covid-19 still threatens us and while we are are following the protocols, the best fight we can make is to take that personal freedom and responsibility and make sure we are in the best condition.

So what is the best way to move forward?
