This is the way Nature shaped us and how the conveniences of modern life are our undoing. You see, we have dumbed down health to the point what is considered 'healthy' by modern standards would not be survivable by evolutionary standards. Look, we even glorify obesity now which is not OK because of the health implications. It is time to have an honest discussion about health and Cathy and I do that here.

Why? Because there are athletes who are metabolic wrecks and need to focus more on their nutritional aspects while a less active person following a Low Carb Diet simply needs to get moving!
